And yes, a contractor's tax form comes in the form of a 1099. Independent contractors are those friendly, mostly-recently-showered Uber and Lyft drivers who make their living not via salary, but via being small entrepreneurs who drive for their dough.

They make their own hours, call their own shots, and live life the way Frank did (i.e. "my way").
