Onerous Contract

"...and buyer must forfeit liver and lungs if..."
Yeah. If you see that in a contract for you to do pretty much anything, run...don't walk.
"Onerous" = burdensome, heavy, kinda stupid, when it comes to terms in a contract. You do not want onerous ones. In fact, in some highly protective states, onerous contracts can get nullified as being legally non-conforming (illegal), and they simply get thrown out. The moron who signed does not, in fact, have to donate their liver to the contract-writer if the car doesn't reach 60 mph in under 4 seconds.
Weird way to gene harvest; that's usually done in the non-helmet-wearing-motorcyclist section.
