OTC markets are decentralized markets. "Off the grid” so to speak. They’re usually off the market because trades are being made that don’t qualify to make it on an exchange market...like, if they’re too small.

Yellow sheets are bulletins that have info about the prices of corporate bonds on OTC markets. They’re where you look when you’re thinking of buying securities that aren’t on the exchange market.
