How It All Goes Down
- Tobias asks Cara about the truth serum project (from back in Chapter 33), and she mentions that they can't seem to create a serum that Tris isn't immune to. Does she have super stubbornness, or what?
- Tris comes in, upset that the council plans to erase everyone like a math problem from a chalkboard.
- Wanting to stop this from happening, Tris decides that they should reset the council.
- Tobias thinks that's awfully hypocritical, but Tris responds: "I think they're lucky I'm not going to kill them" (38.31).
