Beatrice "Tris" Prior Timeline & Summary

Tris lies her way out of jail and is approached by the Allegiant, who want to leave the city.
Tris agrees and leaves the city with Tobias, Christina, Cara, Caleb, Uriah, and a few others who either aren't important or get shot on the way out.
Outside the city, Tris and company are taken to the Bureau by Amar and Zoe, who gives Tris an old photo of her mom.
In a lab, Tris meets Matthew, who tests her genes and tells her that she's genetically healed, which has been the whole purpose of the faction experiment.
Zoe also gives Tris some of her mom's journals, and they have a mother-daughter bonding experience from beyond the grave.
This little utopia's utopishness is shattered when Tobias decides to ally with Nita, who wants to use memory serum to erase all this genetic purity vs. genetic damage nonsense.
Tris stops their plan, but not before a bomb goes off and injures Uriah. Needless to say, Tris is furious that Tobias went against her and caused all this trouble.
Tris and Tobias eventually make up, but not before Tris finds out that the Bureau is planning to use the memory serum on everyone in her city, Chicago.
Tris decides to use the memory serum against the Bureau first.
Tris succeeds in unleashing the memory serum, but she doesn't succeed in surviving. David shoots her as she releases the serum, and she dies.
Let's repeat: she dies.
Tears fall.
