Character Role Analysis

Henry V

While we may question Henry V's motives and morals (or lack thereof), it's pretty clear that our title character is also our protagonist. In the play, we follow Henry V as he wages war against France and, against all odds, defeats the enemy at Agincourt, after which he forces the French King to recognize him as his heir and marry him to his daughter, Catherine.
