The Vuvalini

A fair few options here:

• Angharad is a guide for the other wives, and the follow her hopeful leadership until she meets her end.
• Furiosa is also a guide for the wives: "You wanna get through this? Do as I say."
• Max and Furiosa are kindasorta guides for each other in that they each lead each other toward their own respective redemptions.

But we think the Vuvalini take the cake when it comes to guides in Fury Road. Why? Because they knew the way the world used to be—and they know how to bring it back. They tell the wives stories of satellites and TV shows and plants and trees. They join in the fight to take back the Citadel so they can make the world green again. And most importantly, they give our characters hope.
