It's no surprise that some doctors develop a bit of a God complex. They're healers, they know a lot, and they usually help you feel better. Their patients usually throw praise and hosannas their way.

Practicing medicine involves a big dose of glory. But hey, if someone waves a magic medical wand that takes the pain away, wouldn't that be a glorious thing?
