This job is centered on your impartiality, so you should be just fine as long as you don't, for example, go around awarding obvious patent infringers with the rights to the Mickey Mouse design.
We're confident in saying that won't happen, because the system is designed to keep out the people who would do that. Earning your arbitrator badge takes a long time and requires a truckload of experience, and it's not like you're about to wake up one day ten years from now and suddenly forget everything you know.
Unless, of course, you have recurring amnesia. In which case, we're sorry, and meant no offense. Then again, you'll probably just forget that we said that, too, so we're not super worried about it.
