As a server of alcohol, you live to serve (c'mon, the pun was too easy). Generally speaking, the servants don't hold a lot of the power in that whole server-versus-served relationship. You have seniority over the barbacks and can boss them around a bit, but you're having orders thrown at you all night long yourself. So if you're packing for a power trip, pack light.
