Power

Commercial divers are basically wet construction workers, so if you want to know how much power they wield, just imagine one of those burly dudes in a wetsuit.

It's pretty ugly when things break underwater, and if you don't believe that, then try asking an oil-drenched penguin how often he's chosen to fill up at a BP station since 2010. Spoiler alert: it's zero times. And not just because he doesn't own a car.

So in a certain sense, what you do and how well you do it can influence or even prevent disastrous events. Then again, you're just doing your job and won't often get the chance to make decisions or act creatively. Does that sound like a lot of power to you? Yeah, it's not.
