Glory
As a general rule of thumb, the glory for most of what you do as a missionary should probably go to God. But that shouldn't stop you from feeling good about trying to do good work. Though many find the work frustrating at times and a few quit altogether, most missionaries who manage to keep their expectations low still find the work incredibly fulfilling. Keep perspective, and the few hearts you win will fill your own heart to the brim.
