Odds of Hanging On

Odds of Hanging On

It takes a lot of brainpower and hustle to break into this career, so once you have a place in robotics you're going to want to keep it. Well, we have some great news for you: once you're in, all you have to do is keep your work up to standard and you'll have a job for life.

Of course, "work up to standard" and "job for life" can be a bit misleading. When your job is to design and create new, cutting-edge, useful robotic products, you'll need to stay sharp to remain an important member of your team.

Then again, if you've come this far, you should have the qualifications and confidence to keep up the good work. So relax—your boss likes you, your co-workers think you're cool, just keep dreaming up ways to make our world better.
