Bryant

In addition to being Deckard's boss, Bryant is an information tool and a half. When he shows up, he just gushes detailed info. Check out this sterling example: "There was an escape from the off-world colonies two weeks ago. Six replicants, three male, three female. They slaughtered twenty-three people and jumped a shuttle. An aerial patrol spotted the ship off the coast. No crew, no sight of them."

The dude sounds just like an encyclopedia entry on the plot of Blade Runner, even though he's, you know, part of the plot of Blade Runner.
