Mola Ram

Mola Ram is kind of a stealth villain. He's literally hiding underground, like a naked mole rat but evil, and he isn't even mentioned before he appears on screen an hour into the movie.

His backstory is never explained, so we have no idea how he rose to power. The fact that he can do magic is probably a part of it. When was the last time you saw someone pull out a man's beating heart, while the man still lived?

Also, he's wearing a skull that's wearing a shrunken head. That just screams "evil."
